TERMS OF RENTAL CAR
1.DELIVERY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLES / TERMS
1.1 The client must be at least 23 years, with minimum 3 years driving experience and must have valid personal documents: identity card / passport, driving license, valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, control card and a valid credit kata. For tenants, between 19 and 23 years and / or service less than three years, fee is applied.
1.2. The minimum period for renting a car is 24 hours. It is submitted to the tenant with equipment, required by law for road traffic and the regulations for its implementation, reflected in both ways signed protocol. The lessee is obliged to return the car with all the documents, keys and equipment within the agreed time and place in the state in which it is received.
1.3 If the deadline for the return of the vehicle by the renter, he is obliged to inform the lessor at the latest 24 hours before the contract expires. The client may continue to use the vehicle in the event that it has received explicit permission from the landlord. If the tenant fails isiskvaneto to return the vehicle within the period specified in the contract and continue to use it without the consent of the tenant, he bears full criminal and financial liability for the pervasiveness of the car.
For each additional day, the tenant pays a rent contract, when renting a car.
1.4. Upon failure to return the leased vehicle by the tenant for more than two hours from the expiry of the agreed period without informing the landlord, the car is considered to be assigned and the landlord notify authorities had, and reserves all rights under the contract and the possibility personally or through a representative to regain possession of the car by the lessee, which will be considered unwarranted. 2.PRICES AND PAYMENT:
2.1. All rentals include:

2.3 In cases where the customer decides to return the rented vehicle before the date specified in the contract, he must inform the owner at least 48 hours before returning and can receive 30% of the daily rate for the unused days of the contract. When this arrangement is not complied with, the landlord reserves the right to withhold the full amount of the unused days of the contract. For June, July and August, amounts for unused contract days will not be returned.
2.4 The rental price of the car does not include fuel, it is transmitted and received with a full tank. If the client returns the vehicle with empty tank, it must pay the cost of fuel to full tank, calculated at € 2.00 per liter +10 EURO service fee.
2.5. In cases where the client wishes to hire a car to travel outside the country he should previously stated it to examine the conditions for travel outside Bulgaria, which are described in further application
3. DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT:
3.1.Ako car is missing fuel shortages and minor damage caused by the tenant, the value can be deducted from the deposit.

3.4 If the customer losses documents and / or keys, panel plates, card access to public parking at Sofia Airport, the leased car is obliged to pay a fine of 240 euros.
3.5 In the event of the car has to be replaced by:
3.5.1 Wines of the tenant owes the landlord the cost of transportation of the replacement vehicle, and the cost of transporting the replaced vehicle.

3.6.7 In the event that the rented vehicle is stolen or stolen and vehicle documents: registration certificate, Part II, insurance 'civil liability' control card civil liability, auto assistance card, coupon for years. 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT
4.1 The client can not use the car for racing, training, coaching, pull trailers and transportation of heavy and bulk without explicit permission from the owner.

4.3 The client is not permitted to drive drunk or after consumption of drugs and narcotic drugs.

4.5. The tenant is responsible for all damages to the employee or other vehicles in case violated the terms of rent a car or a motor vehicle contrary to the legal regulations of the country in which it manages.
4.6 The lessee is responsible for all cases of damage and loss of profits for third parties and the landlord incurred in connection and / or on the occasion of experience and / or leaving the vehicle outside the Republic of Bulgaria
5. SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT:

5.1.3 Delivery of the car outside Sofia -lower appointment and further specified price.
5.2 Use of the driver within the country: up to four hours € -15; to 8:00 shofirane- € 30 + Costs. Outside the country by prior arrangement and an additional fixed price
5.3 One-time fee for use of the car outside the country: 35 euros for EU countries, € 65 for Turkey, € 55 for all others. There are limits.

5.5 young driver fee: € 35
5.6 Administrative fee Damage: 45 euros

5.8 Child seat / seat from 4 to 8 g: € 4.20 per day, no more than 42 euros per rental
5.9 Snow Chains: € 2.40 per day, no more than 24 euros per rental
5:10 ski rack for 2 pairs of skis: € 4.20 per day, no more than 42 euros per rental
5.11 GPS Navigation 6 euro per day, no more than 60 euros per rental

6. TERMINATION
This contract is terminated:
6.1 With the expiry of the contract;
6.2 unilaterally by the lessor without notice where:
• Aging of time to return the car
• If unable to make contact with the tenant more than 1 / one / hour
• Upon detection of false, incomplete or inaccurate content data specified by the Lessee
Upon termination of the contract in the above cases do not require notice by the landlord and the same shall be automatically terminated.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS:
7.1 By signing, the customer agrees that upon returning the car is inspected visually and that any defects or damage found in posledstie and caused by the client will be required by Autojet based on independent expertise.
7.2. Where disputes arise between the parties, they shall be settled in a spirit of understanding and loyalty, and if no such by the competent judicial authorities.
7.3 By signing this contract the tenant has to know that his personal data can be used for carrying and criminal justice.
Neprochitaneto, acceptance or loss of the contract and conditions for car rental and delivery protocol does not release any tenant responsibility which he confirmed by affixing a signature on at least one of the documents.
